Holding onto Faith: My Journey to Spiritual Education

Securing spiritual education is as crucial as nurturing moral education. I have always admired those who achieved graduation milestones, but my busy schedule made it challenging for me to pursue one myself. Nevertheless, I made a determined effort to carve out time for a spiritual milestone.

When I finally held my institute graduation certificate, it was an indescribable moment of joy and peace. Recently called to serve in the Sunday school presidency, I am confident that the knowledge gained from institute will empower me to inspire and guide others towards Christ.

Life's trials often weigh us down and deter us from God's path. I testify from personal experience that during our darkest moments, returning to the Lord requires deep faith, prayer, and repentance. His boundless love and sufficient grace enable us to withstand any temptation or weakness, a truth revealed through diligent study of His words and attending places where true doctrine is taught.

I am deeply grateful to all my institute teachers who have guided me, past and present. Their patience and kindness, especially during the challenges of the pandemic and busy schedules, reflect their unwavering commitment.

In Luke 11:28, it is written, 'Blessed are they that hear the word of God and keep it.' I bear witness that the purest and most profound understanding of God's word is found within The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I testify of this truth in the name of my Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
